Azure Seafood Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us") operates as a B2B seafood supplier and broker, coordinating the sale and delivery of chilled and frozen seafood products between approved suppliers and trade customers.
By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. All transactions are subject to market availability and current market pricing. We act as a broker between the purchaser and the supplier. Payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Liability for any delays or issues with third-party shipping remains with the carrier, although we will assist in resolving any disputes.Pricing is agreed in advance via written quotation and confirmed prior to invoicing or payment.
Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of payment, Azure Seafood Ltd will coordinate the dispatch of your wholesale seafood goods via our network of certified cold-chain logistics partners. Delivery times vary based on availability and destination, typically ranging from 2-5 business days. We ensure all goods are shipped under strict temperature-controlled conditions to maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Any discrepancies in the delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Due to the perishable nature of our wholesale seafood products, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of dispatch may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value. If products arrive damaged or spoiled due to a failure in our logistics partners' cold-chain, a full refund or replacement will be issued upon verification of the claim, provided it is reported within 24 hours of delivery. Standard brokerage fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.
